Example pricing rates

Example rates, editable for testing. £20 minimum. Material + machine time × quantity, plus one setup fee. Batch packing and quantity-related time savings are not simulated.

No automatic Bambu slicing connection is active. The rough fallback is not Bambu Studio output. Fit, orientation and support settings must be checked in the slicer.

LET’S MAKE IT WORK

A good print starts
with a good file.

Choose a file up to 25 MB. Your design stays in this browser. A closed, consistently oriented mesh gives the best estimate. Meshes flagged for review can show a provisional budget based on unverified volume; repair and repricing are required before production. Oversized models and files without a usable volume cannot be estimated.

STL · OBJMesh preview and estimate. Assumed millimetres.
STEP / STP · IGES / IGSCAD-to-mesh conversion. File units converted to mm.
3MFStandard mesh objects, build transforms and units.
Rhino 3DMMeshes and saved render meshes. Unmeshed surfaces, SubD and blocks require export to STL or 3MF.
DXFASCII 3D faces and polyface meshes. 2D drawings, ACIS solids and unsupported entities require conversion.
DWGSelectable, but automatic solid conversion is not connected. Export STEP or STL for an estimate.

FDM uses the Bambu Lab P1S with a 0.4 mm nozzle as its example profile. Material cost uses filament grams and an editable £/kg rate, plus print hours and setup. Enter one-copy estimates from Bambu Studio or import a single-plate sliced .gcode/.gcode.3mf file. Uploading or changing settings does not run Bambu Studio automatically. The geometry fallback approximates a two-wall shell, selected infill, 15% supports/waste and an 8 mm³/s average extrusion flow; it is not a slicer and can be inaccurate. Any slicer figures must match the uploaded model and selected settings. PLA, PETG and ABS, layer-height and infill choices remain example offerings. SLA offers example Standard, Tough and Detail resins with resin colour, layer height and finish options. Support removal, washing and post-curing are included in the example SLA offering. SLS nylon powder printing is coming soon and cannot be quoted yet. Materials, colours, machine limits and prices are demonstration settings until your actual offerings and rates are added. Both active processes use a 300 mm demo build envelope. SLA pricing assumes solid geometry with an illustrative support allowance; production quotes need slicing, supports, orientation, hollowing and printability checks.
